Employee Benefits Consultant
Alexander Lloyd are partnered with a well-established business within their employee benefits division to support their search for an Employee Benefits Consultant to join the team. They are looking for someone that has had experience in managing a portfolio of Group Risk clients and is keen to drive business growth by generating new income from existing clients and through proactive new business activity with internal teams.
This role is fully remote with the expectation of attending client meetings, where necessary.
Role & Responsibilities:
Manage and retain a portfolio of clients through high-quality advice and service
Drive growth by up-selling services and cross-selling
Generate new business by converting leads and proactively identifying opportunities
Build strong, collaborative relationships across consulting and support teams
