Employee Benefit Consultant

Role & Responsibilities:

• Manage a portfolio of larger SME & mid-market clients across both Group Risk & Healthcare polices
• Identify opportunities to grow the accounts through cross-selling across the wider business
• Design, implement and review employee benefits programmes

Essential Criteria:

• Must have experience in consulting across Healthcare & Group Risk
• Ability to retain, develop & grow existing and new accounts
• Experience managing SME and/or mid-market corporate clients
• Track record of leading renewals and negotiating with insurers
