Employee Benefits Consultant
We are delighted to be supporting a leading insurance brokerage with the appointment of an experienced Employee Benefits Consultant to join their growing team. Following a period of sustained growth and strategic acquisitions, the business has significantly strengthened its employee benefits proposition and is continuing to invest in talented professionals to support its expanding client base.
Role & Responsibilities:
Take ownership of a portfolio of SME clients across Group Risk and Healthcare arrangements
Drive account growth by identifying and securing cross-selling opportunities within the wider business
Develop, deliver and review customised employee benefits programmes
Essential Criteria:
Proven experience managing SME clients
