An established employee benefits consultancy is seeking an Employee Benefits Consultant to join its growing Small Business Solutions team. This is an exciting opportunity to join a collaborative and forward-thinking organisation that supports SME clients with a broad range of employee benefits solutions.

Role & Responsibilities:

Essential Criteria:

• Must have employee benefits experience, ideally PMI
• Ability to manage a portfolio of clients
• Strong client relationship management skills

This role is fully remote based but can also be hybrid if you are keen to be in an office.
