Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop senior consulting leaders and teams
• Drive revenue growth, profitability, and business performance
• Manage strategic client relationships and market engagement
• Ensure excellence across governance, compliance, and client delivery

About You

• Strong Employee Benefits consulting experience, ideally across Healthcare and/or Group Risk
• Proven leadership experience within a client facing environment
• Commercially strong with P&L responsibility experience
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Strong knowledge of the UK Employee Benefits market
