We are currently working with an established consultancy to support their search for a New Business Producer to join their employee benefits division.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Actively seek new business opportunities with new clients and identify areas to grow across the business
• Lead on prospect client meetings
• Support more junior team members in the business development team

Essential Criteria:

• Proven experience in winning new business in the employee benefits sector
• A natural relationship-builder, skilled at developing and sustaining strong, trusted partnerships with clients, insurers, and key stakeholders
• Strong presentation skills
