Here at Alexander Lloyd, we are pleased to be again partnering with a longstanding client of ours within the Employee Benefits & Pensions field to support their search for an Employee Engagement Consultant within their DC team.

Leading employee engagements for key pension accounts, driving understanding and participation in DC schemes through presentations, one-to-one meetings, and collaboration with consultants.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Develop clear, engaging materials for presentations, webinars, and digital channels
• Conduct 1-1 meetings to provide insight into pension options for employees
• Own engagement strategies for key clients

Essential Criteria:

• Strong DC pensions experience
• Strong presentation skills
• Diploma qualified or open to studying towards this

This role can be remote with the expectation of attending their London office.
