Employee Relations Consultant

Alexander Lloyd are delighted to be supporting an organisation in the Public sector on the recruitment of an Employee Relations Consultant on a 12 month FTC (maternity cover)

Reporting to the HR Manager and joining a large team, you will become a key member of the team supporting with Employee Relations advice and guidance for a number of institutions across Sussex.

You will require an excellent understanding of UK employment law and be an expert in all things Employee Relations.

The client has an open mind regarding sector background for this opportunity, however you must have previous experience of handling a number of ER cases at a time.

You will have/need:-

• Excellent knowledge of UK Employment law
• Previous experience handling a number of ER cases and prioritising your workload
• Excellent stakeholder Management
• Team player
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
• CIPD Qualified (ideally level 5 or above)

This organisation offer excellent hybrid working of 1 day office based in East Sussex and the rest from home. This day will vary depending on rotas etc.

The salary on offer is up to around £40,000 per annum.
