Finance Assistant/Credit Controller

Credit Controller – 6 Month FTC

Brighton (Hybrid: 3 days in the office per week)

Up to £29,000 FTE

Full-Time, Fixed-Term Contract

What you’ll be doing:

• Managing a portfolio of customer accounts, ensuring payments are received on time
• Chasing outstanding debt via phone, email, and letter in a professional manner
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers and internal teams
• Reconciling accounts and resolving queries promptly
• Supporting the Finance team with ad hoc tasks as required

What we’re looking for:

• Previous experience in a Credit Control role
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational ability
• Confident working with Excel and finance/accounting systems
• A proactive team player who enjoys problem-solving
