The duties will include but not be limited too
- Demonstrable understanding of Business Analysis and Change Management tools and techniques.
- Experience in analysing business models, capabilities, value streams, and processes.
- Knowledge of business process management, workflow, and integration methods.
- Strong analytical, conceptual, and anticipatory skills; adept at statistical and information analysis.
- Collaborates with stakeholders involved in strategy formulation and definition of target states
- Provide analytical expertise to support Stakeholders alongside documentation and prioritisation of Business Outcomes and themes and their associated benefits
- Instigate, prepare, facilitate and lead meetings, workshops and presentations for a wide range of audiences.
- Having partnered with finance teams will be valuable however experience and confidence to partner with multiple senior level stakeholders is key.
You will have the following skill set:
- Demonstrable understanding of Business Analysis and Change Management tools and techniques.
- Experience in analysing business models, capabilities, value streams, and processes.
- Knowledge of business process management, workflow, and integration methods.
- Strong analytical, conceptual, and anticipatory skills; adept at statistical and information analysis.
- Proven experience in Agile change frameworks and iterative business analysis.
- Worked within a technology, FS or Insurance business beneficial
