FP&A Analyst

Salary: Up to £60,000
Location: London (SW)
Hybrid: 3 days per week in the office, 2 days WFH

We are looking for an experienced FP&A Analyst to join a growing finance team. This role will focus on improving reporting processes, managing financial data and reconciliations, and providing analysis to support business decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Improve FP&A reporting, planning and forecasting processes.
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies between financial and operational systems.
• Build robust, repeatable reconciliation processes.
• Support forecasting, commercial analysis and management reporting.
• Identify opportunities to improve systems, processes and data quality.
• Present financial information clearly to non-finance stakeholders.

About You

• Experience in FP&A, financial analysis or management accounting.
• Strong experience with financial planning/reporting systems such as Vena, Anaplan, TM1, Adaptive Insights, OneStream, Hyperion or similar.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and a high level of data accuracy.
• Proactive, organised and comfortable working independently.
• Confident investigating data discrepancies and finding root causes.
• Strong Excel and data analysis skills.
