Our client is seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to join their expanding Reward & Benefits team as a Group Risk & Healthcare (R&H), Senior Manager.

About the opportunity:

This exciting opportunity places you at the heart of the R&H practise, driving growth and excellence as the company broaden their offerings beyond pensions. The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Leading and managing R&H analyst support team, ensuring client needs are meet with high-calibre service.
  • Collaborate closely with our Reward & benefits experts to deliver integrated benefit support to high-value clients.
  • Oversee team management, workflow, and new client onboarding, ensuring smooth operations and team development.
  • Play a pivotal role in the R&H leadership panel, contributing to strategic decision-making and innovation.
  • Foster strong relationships with colleagues, clients, and insurer partners, driving customer satisfaction and business success.

What we’re looking for:

  • Proven experience in a managerial role within Employee Benefits or Financial Services
  • Preferably experienced in Group Risk & Healthcare arrangements
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
