Due to our continued growth our client have an exciting opportunity for a Group Risk & Healthcare Administrator to join their expanding team on a hybrid working basis.

About Us

The team is a dynamic and fast-growing division of over 100 members, specialising in a broad range of disciplines including DB and DC pensions, Employee Benefits, Governance, Investment, Engagement, and Administration.

This position focuses on Consultancy Support within the Health & Protection team, providing essential assistance to Line Managers, Consultants, and Client Relationship Managers (CRMs).

Key Responsibilities

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Maintaining regular contact with clients via telephone, email, and correspondence
  • Assisting with report preparation and data collation on technical and advisory matters
  • Checking and reviewing work prepared by other team members
  • Conducting member data analysis and managing provider-client relationships
  • Reviewing insurer accounts and issuing annual financial statements to clients
  • Supporting the administration of health and protection policies and flexible benefits
  • Drafting service specifications, deadlines, and remuneration agreements

What We’re Looking For

We’d love to hear from you if you have:

  • At least 18 months to 2 years’ experience in a similar role
  • Sound knowledge of Health & Protection Policies such as Group Life Assurance, Group Income Protection, Group Critical Illness, and Private Medical Insurance
