Our client are currently recruiting for a Health & Risk Consultant to provide tailored advice to employers on employee benefit plans, with a particular focus on Private Medical Insurance and Group Risk. This is a desk based role where you’ll support both existing relationships and new business opportunities, helping organisations deliver meaningful employee benefits.

We embrace flexible working through our Smart Working approach, combining home-based and office-based working. This role will be based in our London office.

What you’ll do

  • Deliver day-to-day consultancy services across health and risk benefits, ensuring smooth implementation and ongoing management of employee benefit plans.
  • Provide expert advice on Group Risk and/or Private Medical Insurance.
  • Support Client Relationship Managers, Senior Consultants and Service Heads in client growth and business development.
  • Build trusted relationships, ensuring high levels of client care and satisfaction.
  • Stay up to date with regulatory requirements (FCA and others) and maintain competence through ongoing professional development.

What we’re looking for

  • Strong technical knowledge and hands-on experience in Private Medical Insurance and Group Risk (essential).
  • Relevant industry qualifications (e.g. IF7, GR1, CII Certificate in Insurance, or CII Certificate in Health & Protection) or commitment to working towards them.
  • Knowledge of wider employee benefits and wellbeing (desirable).
  • Solid academic background, including Maths and English at GCSE (minimum grade C or equivalent).
