Alexander Lloyd are delighted to be partnering with a Crawley based organisation on an exclusive basis, on the recruitment of an HR Business Partner.

The HR Business Partner will provide a high level of HR business support, translating business requirements into effective HR practices and delivery of people solutions aligned to business objectives.

The position of HR Business Partner will report to the Group HR Director.

You will have/need:

• Experience as a HR Generalist/Manager or BP, with at least 5 years’ experience in a similar role
• Experience of building relationships with managers, gaining an in-depth understanding of the business/sector to be able to effectively support the business from a HR perspective
• Experience of supporting managers and staff on employee relations cases up to complex level
• Experience of reviewing and updating HR policies and procedures in line with good practice or employment law changes
• Experience of supporting with organisational design, structural change, acquisition, TUPE initiatives
• CIPD Level 5 qualification or equivalent qualification / experience

The organisations head office is based in Crawley and this is a Hybrid role.

The salary on offer is up to £60,000.
