Role – HR Projects Lead (FTC, Part-Time)

Contract type: Fixed-term until December 2026
Working pattern: Part-time, 3 days per week (or equivalent)
Location: Hybrid – minimum 2 days per week on-site (Reading area)
Salary: £75,000 pro rata

The Role

We’re looking for a dynamic HR Projects Lead to shape, deliver, and embed impactful people strategies. This role is all about driving change, boosting employee engagement, and creating a culture where people and business performance thrive.

You’ll combine big-picture thinking with hands-on delivery – whether that’s designing organisational development initiatives, using data to influence decisions, or supporting leaders to build inclusive, high-performing teams.

• Lead HR and OD projects that enable cultural transformation and business growth.

• Influence and deliver high-impact HR projects in a global environment.

• Deliver change management initiatives with measurable outcomes.
• Use data and insights to drive smarter people decisions.
• Build engagement strategies and promote a strong learning culture.
• Support managers and HR partners with tools and processes to grow talent.
• Champion inclusion and evolve people practices to stay ahead of the curve.

What You’ll Bring

• Strong experience in HR, organisational development, and change management.
• Proven ability to deliver projects that drive engagement and culture.
• Analytical mindset – confident turning data into actionable insights.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Passion for building inclusive, future-focused workplaces.
• Degree-level education and/or CIPD qualification (OD certification a bonus).
