Indirect Sourcing Lead

Alexander Lloyd are supporting a global brand based in East Sussex on the hire of an Indirect Procurement Lead to drive strategic procurement initiatives across indirect categories, with a key focus on marketing. This role will play a critical part in delivering savings, improving supplier performance, and supporting business growth.

What You’ll Do:

• Develop and implement sourcing strategies for marketing and other indirect categories
• Lead RFPs, contract negotiations, and supplier selection
• Uncover and deliver cost-saving opportunities
• Analyse spend data and ensure compliance with procurement and ESG standards
• Collaborate with internal teams to manage sourcing projects from end to end

What You Bring:

• 3+ years of indirect sourcing experience ideally with marketing procurement
• Strong commercial acumen and stakeholder management skills
• Track record of driving savings and managing supplier relationships
• Comfortable with Excel & PowerPoint
• Results-driven, proactive, and organized
