Alexander Lloyd are delighted to be supporting a global, complex, matrix Professional Services organisation on the recruitment of an Employee Relations Advisor on an initial 6 month contract.
As a specialist ER Advisor your primary responsibility will be to support the business with ER related activities, provide exceptional stakeholder management throughout the firm whilst also supporting on wider ER issues. This is an extremely fast paced role so extensive knowledge with the Employee Relations space is essential.

Your background will ideally be linked to the professional/financial services sector. Several years performing as an ER/HR advisor with a strong Employee Relations focus will be required to be successful in this position.
Key skills required
This role is based out of either their Birmingham, Gatwick or Reading office and offers excellent hybrid working of around 2 days per week office based the rest from home.
The salary on offer is up to £45,000 DOE + benefits
