Salary ranging between £85k-£100k dep. on experience pro rated to reflect term

Seeking Qualified Lawyer with experience of commercial contracts, reviewing t’s and c’s, integration/ acquisitions experience, development and implementation of new framework, processes and procedures, potential to develop and build a in-house team.
