I’m working with an established and growing business who are looking to appoint an experienced Management Accountant / Finance Manager to join their finance team.

This is a hands-on role with responsibility for the production of management accounts, month-end reporting, budgeting and forecasting, variance analysis and financial reporting.

Key responsibilities include:

• Preparation of monthly management accounts
• Month-end close and balance sheet reconciliations
• Budgeting and forecasting
• P&L and variance analysis
• Cash flow management and reporting
• Producing management information and financial analysis
• Supporting senior management with commercial insight
• Identifying and improving financial processes
