We are recruiting for an experienced interim Payroll Manager to join a reputable organisation in East Sussex on an interim basis. This is a hands-on role managing the end-to-end payroll process, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely payment, while resolving complex queries and supporting process improvements.

Key requirements:

• Strong end-to-end UK payroll experience
• Experience managing high-volume payroll
• Good knowledge of PAYE, NI and statutory requirements
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Confident working independently and with key stakeholders
• Available immediately or at short notice
