Lead Generation – Senior Healthcare Analyst

Here at Alexander Lloyd, we are currently working with a growing organisation within the employee benefits sector to support their search for a Senior Healthcare Analyst to join their Lead Generation team to help fuel their sales pipeline.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Hit and exceed targets and KPIs with a results-driven approach
• Record all prospect interactions accurately in the CRM
• Follow call frameworks while maintaining engaging conversations
• Work within compliance guidelines and company processes
• Manage your time effectively, ensuring timely outreach and follow-ups
• Handle multiple leads to maximise sales opportunities

Essential Criteria:

• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work independently and meet targets
• Bring a strong focus on achieving results
