Management Accountant
Location: Bexhill (Hybrid – 2 days in the office)
Salary: Up to £40,000

Key Responsibilities:

• Preparing monthly management accounts and financial reports
• Budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
• Assisting with financial planning and decision-making
• Maintaining accurate financial records and reconciliations
• Supporting the finance team with process improvements and reporting

What We’re Looking For:

• Studying or part-qualified (ACCA/CIMA/ACA)
• Strong experience in management accounting
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in accounting software and Excel
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
