Duties Will include but not be limited too:
To lead and develop the Group payroll function, ensuring the accurate, timely and compliant delivery of payroll services across the business

Responsible for four payrolls, multiple pension schemes, payroll-related employee benefits, payroll compliance, controls, reporting and continuous improvement

Lead, coach and develop the Payroll & Benefits Officer, ensuring workloads are appropriately managed and service standards are achieved

Ensure compliance with PAYE, National Insurance, statutory payments, pension legislation, auto-enrolment requirements and all associated HMRC obligations.

Manage multiple pension schemes, ensuring pensionable pay, employee deductions, employer contributions and statutory requirements are administered accurately.

Own payroll controls, reconciliations and audit processes, ensuring payroll information is accurate, complete and appropriately documented.

Manage all year-end payroll activities including P60s, P11Ds, Benefits-in-Kind reporting and pension re-enrolment activities.

Ensure salary sacrifice and benefit schemes are administered effectively, including electric vehicle schemes, private medical insurance, cycle-to-work schemes and other employee benefits.
You will have the following skill set
- CIPP Qualified or QBE
- Extesnive all round Payroll experience within businesses of 500-1200 employees
- Paye, P11ds, BIC
- On a maximum of 1 month notice
- Ability to get to the office 2 days PW
