We are seeking an experienced Payroll Team Lead to oversee payroll operations on a temporary contract (up to 3 months). This role is perfect for a payroll professional who can hit the ground running and ensure accuracy, compliance, and efficiency across the payroll function.
The Role:
- Lead and manage the payroll team of 2 payroll co-ordinators, ensuring timely and accurate payroll delivery
- Oversee payroll processes, compliance, and reporting requirements
- Act as the main point of contact for payroll queries and escalations
- Liaise with HR, Finance, and external stakeholders on payroll matters
- Ensure payroll systems (ADP) are used effectively and processes are continuously improved
About You:
- Proven experience in payroll management or team leadership
- Strong working knowledge of ADP payroll systems (essential)
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- Confident communicator, able to liaise across all levels of the business
- Available at short notice for a temporary assignment
