Pension Administrator

Are you a detail-oriented and proactive Pension Administrator looking for a new role? Then this could be the role for you! In this role, you’ll be instrumental in delivering excellent customer service while ensuring that all pension administration processes meet regulatory and service-level standards.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Working towards team goals to achieve exceptional customer service in line with procedural and Service Level requirements.
• Processing a range of pension administration tasks
• Handling inbound member queries, providing accurate information, resolving issues efficiently, and maintaining detailed records.
• Ensuring adherence to Quality Management Systems and relevant regulatory requirements.
• Taking ownership of personal and professional development by completing relevant training and mandatory e-learning.
• Identifying and promptly reporting risks, complaints, or breaches to line management and/or the Operational Risk & Compliance Department.
• Meeting key performance indicators (KPIs) and maintaining high-quality standards in all work.

What We’re Looking For (Essential Skills & Experience)

• Demonstrable pension administration experience, ideally within Defined Benefit (DB) pension schemes.
• Proven ability to manage and handle inbound customer calls effectively.
• Experience with calculations, payments, and authorising work.
• Excellent numeracy and data input skills.
