We are looking for an experienced and motivated Pensions Consultant with responsibility for providing consultancy, governance, secretarial, project, and technical support services to a broad portfolio of clients and internal teams.

The Role

As a Pensions Consultant, you will provide high-quality consultancy and governance support to pension scheme clients while building strong and lasting relationships with trustees, clients, and stakeholders.

You will play a key role in managing client services, coordinating projects, supporting trustee boards, and ensuring governance requirements are met effectively and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide consultancy, governance, and secretarial services to a portfolio of pension scheme clients
  • Build and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships
  • Organise trustee and client meetings, including agendas, meeting packs, reports, presentations, and minutes
  • Monitor and manage agreed actions and governance documentation

About You

  • A minimum of 5 years’ experience delivering pension scheme client services
  • Strong knowledge of day-to-day pension scheme management and governance requirements
  • Previous experience in a client-facing consultancy or secretarial role
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Previous project management experience would be advantageous
