Pension Consultant

Alexander Lloyd are working on an extremely rare and exciting position for a Pension Consultant to join an established In House Pension team. Reporting Directly into the Financial Director of the firm you will be responsible for supporting the provision of accurate and effective Defined Benefit Pension reporting to monitor and improve the governance of DB pension schemes.

This is an exceptionally varied and interesting role where the successful candidate will also become involved in many different areas and take on a number of different responsibilities including:

• Leading projects to review and strengthen Internal controls, governance and risk management.
• Supplier management of Pension administrators
• Provide technical accounting support on DB pensions
• Supplier management of Pension administrators and Pension advisors
• Develop training courses for roll out to DB/DC members across

The right candidate will have a good understanding of UK Pension DB schemes and DC would be advantageous. You must also experience of have USGAAP DB pension reporting requirements.
