Pension Delivery Manager

Alexander Lloyd have an exciting new position for a Pensions Operations Manager to join the Senior management team of a highly successful Pension team with the purpose of ensuring operational excellence and ensure pension services run seamlessly. This is your opportunity to lead a talented team, shape processes, and deliver outstanding results for thousands of members across the organisation.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead with confidence: Manage a team of pension professionals.
• Deliver excellence: Ensure timely, accurate pension transactions and compliance with all statutory and scheme requirements.
• Innovate and improve: Develop operational plans, implement service enhancements, and champion continuous improvement.
• Collaborate: Build strong relationships with internal teams and external partners, including actuaries, legal advisers, and administration providers.
• Stay ahead: Monitor SLAs, produce performance reports, and support new systems and legislative changes.

Who We’re Looking For

• Leadership: Proven ability to inspire, motivate, and manage teams effectively.
• Technical know-how: Deep knowledge of DB and DC pensions, pension systems (ideally Compendia), and strong IT skills.
• Communication: Clear, concise, and confident – both written and verbal.
• Drive: Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering high-quality results on time.
