Pension Project Manager

Alexander Lloyd are seeking a dynamic Project Manager to join a well established Pension Administration Service based in Darlington on a hybrid working model. As a Project Manager, you will ensure the successful delivery of assigned projects and change initiatives, adhering to the project governance framework.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the delivery of projects aligned with the companies strategy.
• Ensure projects are governed, scoped, and executed within set budgets and time frames.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to build trust, guiding them through the project journey.
• Provide insights and recommendations for improvements in business change processes, policies, and procedures.
• Projects include; Dashboard, GMP, Buy-Ins/Buy-Outs, Data Rectifications

About You

• Proven experience in project management, with a track record of delivering successful outcomes.
• Strong understanding and application of relevant project management methodologies.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging and influencing stakeholders at all levels.
• Resilient, with the ability to navigate challenges and provide clear, factual insights.
• Experience in managing projects within a pension environment is highly desirable.
