Pension Team Leader

Are you a Pensions professional with a passion for leading others and bring out the best in people then this Pension Team Leader position could be perfect for you!

Whilst working for an industry leading Third Party Administrator, you will be responsible for leading a team of around 10-12 employees and all the day to day tasks, conducting performance appraisals and one to ones, providing coaching and training where necessary and getting involved with any complex and technical exercises.

Candidates with strong experience across Defined Benefits, Defined Contribution, SIPP & SSAS schemes will all be considered!!

In addition to a wealth of progression opportunities, you will also be offered a basic salary of £35,000 – £50,000 DOE with a bonus and benefits on top!!
