Alexander Lloyd are looking for a Pension Team Manager to lead and develop a team that delivers a pensions administration service enabling continual service improvement, whilst ensuring adherence to process and client/compliance standards.
The role will include the following duties:
The right candidate will have experience of Leading a team of pensions administrators in the delivery of services including the managing of incoming and outgoing work and support the Resource Planning processes to ensure that the right people are in the right place at the right time in order to deliver the right service.
