Professional Pension Trustee

Location: London/ Midlands/ Remote or Hybrid

What We’re Looking For

We are looking for previous Defined Benefit Pensions experience – be that from a Consulting, in house, administration or Technical background and be able to demonstrate:

  • A strong understanding of pensions and the trustee role
  • The ability to influence and engage with senior decision-makers
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

Previous trustee experience is an advantage, but not essential if you have other strong pensions credentials.

  • Strong technical pensions knowledge complemented by softer interpersonal skills
  • A confident and persuasive communicator

  • Commitment to professional standards, including achieving accreditation from the Association of Professional Pension Trustees (APPT) or the Pensions Management Institute (PMI)
