Pensions PPF Administrator

Are you passionate about pensions administration and eager to contribute your expertise to a collaborative and successful team? Our client is seeking a skilled and motivated Pensions PPF Administrator to join a growing organisation.

About the company and position:

The company is an independent Pensions, Investments and Employee Benefits specialist providing advise, bespoke services and solution to clients spanning from small businesses through to large corporate.

The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting with the administration of schemes entering the Pension Protection Fund (PPF) and be responsible for the day-to-day administration services from start to finish. You will be the main point of contact for allocated PPF clients, administrative tasks and other responsibilities will include:

  • Maintaining membership records on the system
  • Calculating benefits for members; i.e leavers, retirements, bereavements
  • Setting up new members on the system
  • Sorting and filing client documentation
  • Dealing with general enquiries from members, the PPF and the trustees via telephone, email or letter
  • Attend PPF, Trustee meetings and internal meetings as and when required
  • Provide assistance with projects as and when required

Key skills and experience required:

  • Current Defined Benefits administration experience, 1- 2 years ideally. Experience with PPF Administration would be advantageous but not essential.
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
  • Strong analytic and numerical ability – able to analyse, evaluate and interpret data

Location – Redditch, B97 4RB – This is a hybrid position, ideally 3x days in the office, 2x days working from home.
