About the Role
As a Pensions Client Director, you will oversee the strategic and operational management of key client accounts, ensuring service excellence, commercial growth, and long-term retention. You’ll play a pivotal role in shaping service delivery, identifying new opportunities, and implementing client-focused solutions within a fast-evolving environment.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the relationship management and commercial development for a portfolio of major clients
Oversee the delivery of Pensions administration services, ensuring high standards against agreed KPIs
Implement operational effectiveness initiatives to improve service quality and efficiency
Support revenue growth while managing cost controls and profitability targets
Act as a strategic advisor, delivering innovative contractual and service solutions
Collaborate with leadership to mitigate risks and meet performance goals
What You’ll Bring
Strong understanding of Pensions administration, particularly DB schemes
Experience in third-party administration or client-side relationship management
