Are you an experienced Project Manager with a background in Defined Benefit pensions? We have an exciting opportunity to join a thriving team delivering a wide range of client-facing and internal Pension change projects.

In this role, you’ll work on a diverse portfolio including GMP equalisation, buy-in readiness, benefits rectification, mergers and scheme wind-ups. You’ll collaborate with colleagues across the business, clients, and external organisations to drive high-quality outcomes and add real value.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Leading and managing projects to deliver on time, within scope and budget

  • Building detailed project plans and governance frameworks

  • Facilitating workshops, leading calls, and managing stakeholders at all levels

  • Tracking and monitoring project progress, risks, and actions

  • Driving continual improvements and ensuring operational efficiency

What we’re looking for:

  • Strong experience in UK Defined Benefit Pensions

  • A proven track record of successful project delivery in a client-facing environment

  • Prince2 (or similar qualification) desirable – or the willingness to gain this

  • Excellent communication skills, with the confidence to lead workshops and stakeholder discussions

  • Proactive, organised and able to manage competing priorities effectively
