Alexander Lloyd is partnered with a leading UK Pensions Consultancy who are looking to recruit for a Technical & Quality Assurance Analyst. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Senior Pensions Administrator or Pensions Manager looking to diversify their career and get into the Quality Assurance side. Equally if you’re already in a similar role then this is a brilliant opportunity to join a growing Pensions Consultancy who have gone from strength to strength in the last couple of years.

About the role:

Within this role, the successful candidate will be joining a small but growing team and will be responsible for handling and analysing complaints and errors identified within the Operational teams; providing expert advise and guidance and lead on improvement processes by identifying technical issues.

The ideal candidate will already be working within the Third-Party Administration sector and should possess strong Defined Benefits experience. Also, ideally looking for candidates with experience of audit management but not essential.

This position can be based in one of the following offices: Croydon, Reading, Birmingham or Manchester. This is a hybrid position which can offer lots of flexibility.
