Pensions Administration Manager

We are recruiting for a Pensions Administration Manager to join the business on a permanent basis and be part of the exciting growth they are enjoying. This opportunity is a hybrid position and will be aligned to the Croydon office, our client offers a hybrid working arrangement with lots of flexibility on top.
About the role:
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and overseeing the Administration team for a Defined Benefit (mainly) and Defined Contribution Schemes, monitoring the team’s performance & delivery, as well as supporting the team with training and professional development. Furthermore, the Pensions Administration Manager will support / manage the delivery of routine projects (such as Scheme Events, GMP reconciliation & equalisation).
