At Alexander Lloyd, we are working closely with a well-established trustee firm based in London to support their search for a Technical Operations Lead to join their Technical team.

This is an opportunity to join an in-house team supporting pensions governance and operations. The Technical Operations Lead handles scheme rules, legislative queries, complex cases, and provides guidance to internal teams and employers.

Ideal for a senior pensions administrator seeking a new challenge or a technical specialist ready for more responsibility.

Role & Responsibilities

• Lead and support a junior team member, ensuring high-quality output
• Tackle complex member queries with confidence and accuracy
• Own and resolve formal complaints, identifying root causes and driving improvements

Essential Criteria

• At least 5 year’s of DB pension administration experience
• Strong track record of reviewing and guiding junior colleagues
• Clear, confident communicator with the ability to engage stakeholders effectively

This role is hybrid to London.
