Product & Distribution Oversight Manager

Alexander Lloyd are partnering with a leading financial services organisation to recruit a Product Governance & Oversight Manager on an initial 6 month FTC.

This can be based remotely with a day or two per month from their head office in Surrey.

Working across a broad stakeholder group, you’ll support product governance, distribution oversight, regulatory compliance, customer outcome monitoring and fair value assessments.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead product governance and fair value assessment activities.
• Writing distribution oversight & customer outcome frameworks and procedural documents
• Review customer outcome data and management information to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Conduct governance reviews and root cause analysis to improve customer outcomes.
• Support regulatory change initiatives and governance projects.

About You

• Experience writing distribution oversight & customer outcome frameworks and procedural documents.
• 1st line governance & compliance support experience.
• Strong understanding of Consumer Duty and the UK regulatory landscape.
• Excellent analytical skills and ability to interpret complex MI and customer data.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• Insurance experience preferred, financial services is a must have.
