Reward, Data & Strategic Planning Manager

Surrey / Hybrid 3 days onsite

£80-95k plus benefits

Alexander Lloyd are delighted to partner with this 500 FTE Surrey-based sales and marketing organisation on their search for an experienced Reward professional to manage 2 FTE. This is a new;-established role following restructure, and a great opportunity to be creative and make your mark on the organisation. Key duties:

* Overall management and strategic development across compensation, reward, data and workforce planning frameworks.

* Responsible for driving forward our employee offer and organisation model to ensure it remains relevant for the future and in line with our strategic priorities

* Innovating how we work to ensure a class leading employee proposition which is efficient and sustainable

* Through robust and proactive workforce planning, ensure robust tracking of our workforce data, with optimum governance structures and close partnership with senior stakeholders

* Project leadership of key identified strategic projects

* Ensuring accurate and compliant employee data storage and management. Creating insights & impetus for change through employee data analysis and insight

* Leading alignment & management of governance and service provider relationships for contractor and contingent workforce

* Work closely with European stakeholders to ensure that the UK strategy and priorities are aligned and compliment the wider Pan European strategy.

Successful applicants will have:

Demonstrable reward & compensation experience – experience driving change & innovation to complex reward & benefit programmes. An understanding of pension schemes would be advantageous, as would experience identifying & implementing systems which can improve data storage & insight. This is a strategic role that offers opportunity to Understand the link between the people offering and impact on engagement & culture.
