Alexander Lloyd is working on an exciting new position for a Senior Employee Benefits Consultant to join a well established firm who offer a range of Financial Advice and a full range Employee Benefits products. The main purpose of the role will be to retain and develop the existing client base, to generate new enquiries via existing or new professional connections and to provide knowledge and support in all areas of Employee Benefits – Pension, Group Risk, Medical and Health Plans, Communication and Employee Engagement.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Employee Benefits professional to step up into a more Senior role where you will be given more autonomy to create new business, oversee a team and add to the strategic direction of the EB team as a whole. To be considered you will have a good knowledge and understanding of Group Risk and Healthcare products as well as experience dealing with Corporate clients of all sizes from SME to Large Corporates.
