Here at Alexander Lloyd, we are working with an employee benefits consultancy to support their search for a Senior Employee Benefits Administrator to join their team. You will join a collaborative team of Employee Benefits Administrators, providing day-to-day support to both the team and their Employee Benefits Consultants. The Consultants advise clients on a range of employee benefit solutions, including group income protection, group life insurance (death in service), group health insurance (such as private medical, dental, and cash plans), and group defined contribution (DC) pensions.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Obtain quotations from leading UK group pension, risk, and health providers
• Support Consultants with new business processing and deadlines
• Provide general administration and respond to ad hoc queries

Essential Criteria:

• Must have prior healthcare & group risk employee benefit administration experience
• High levels of accuracy and attention detail is key to this role
• Strong organisational skills
