Senior Employee Benefits Consultant

A leading global consultancy is seeking a Senior Employee Benefits Consultant to join its growing Health & Risk team.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work within a high-performing and collaborative environment, supporting a portfolio of corporate clients with their Health, Group Risk and Wellbeing strategies. You’ll play a key role in delivering expert advice, strengthening client relationships, and driving both retention and growth.

The Role

• Act as a trusted advisor to a portfolio of clients, delivering strategic guidance on Health and Group Risk benefits
• Manage and develop long-term client relationships, ensuring high levels of service and retention
• Lead the renewal and broking process, working closely with specialist teams
• Identify and develop new business opportunities within existing clients and wider networks
• Review and analyse Employee Benefits programmes, providing recommendations aligned to client objectives
• Stay up to date with market trends and use insights to support client strategy and revenue growth
• Contribute to marketing initiatives, events, and thought leadership activity

About You

• Experience within Health & Benefits/Employee Benefits consulting is essential
• Strong understanding of Healthcare and/or Group Risk benefits
• Proven ability to manage client relationships and deliver high-quality consulting advice
• Commercially aware, with experience supporting business development and growth
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Proactive, organised, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
