A leading global consultancy is looking to appoint a Senior Employee Benefits Consultant to join its established Health & Group Risk team in Leeds/Manchester.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a high-performing, collaborative environment where you will work closely with a portfolio of corporate clients, helping shape and deliver their Health, Group Risk and Wellbeing strategies.
The Role
- Act as a trusted advisor to a portfolio of clients, providing expert guidance on Health and Group Risk benefits
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, supporting retention and long-term growth
- Lead the renewal and broking cycle in partnership with specialist teams
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within existing clients and the wider market
- Review and analyse Employee Benefits programmes, making strategic recommendations aligned to client objectives
- Stay informed on market trends and use insights to support client outcomes and revenue growth
- Contribute to client events, market engagement and broader business initiatives
About You
- Experience within the Health & Benefits/Employee Benefits sector is essential
- Strong understanding of Healthcare and/or Group Risk benefits
- Proven track record of managing client relationships and delivering high-quality consulting advice
- Commercially aware, with the ability to support growth and identify opportunities
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Self-motivated, organised, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
