Senior Oracle Payroll Implementation Lead

About the Role

SENIOR ORACLE PAYROLL IMPLEMENTATION & TRANSITION LEAD

HOME BASED, WITH OCCASIONAL TRAVEL TO LONDON

SALARY CIRCA £85,000 PERMANENT ROLE

This is a large scale, highly critical position, employed by a global service provider to be a key member in the team to design, integrate and deliver this high profile project.

Responsibilities

• You will provide leadership across payroll readiness, parallel running, reconciliation, service acceptance and operational transition.
• You will work closely with the I.T support team.
• You will manage stakeholder expectations and challenge where necessary.
• You will be the Payroll Subject Matter Expert.
• You will manage a small team and work as part of a larger team to ensure the project is delivered accurately and within projected timescales.
• You will be able to demonstrate ownership of a full implementation lifecycle including strong engagement with stakeholders and external providers.

Required Skills

• Your background will be Payroll focused with significant experience of large scale system implementations, preferably ORACLE in this case and exceeding payroll sizes of 20k employees.

Preferred Skills

• Experience of ORACLE is highly advantageous, however similar would be considered.
