Senior Pension Project Administrator

We are currently recruiting for multiple opportunities within a growing Pensions Projects & Scheme Events team. These roles offer the chance to work on a variety of scheme events and project-based work, supporting the delivery of high-quality services to clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver scheme event and project work across Defined Benefit (DB) pension schemes
• Support data-driven projects, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
• Work collaboratively within the wider projects and administration teams
• Handle complex data analysis using Excel and other tools
• Contribute to process improvements and project delivery timelines

About You

• Ideally 3+ years’ experience working with Defined Benefit (DB) pensions
• Experience in scheme events and/or pensions-related project work is highly desirable
• Alternatively, strong Excel and data analysis skills with the ability to work on complex datasets
• High attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities
• Ability to manage workload and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
