Senior Operations Specialist

We are currently partnered with an established organisation that administers a large occupational pension scheme for multiple participating employers within the higher education sector. They are currently looking for a Senior Operations Specialist to join their Operations team.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Administer large volumes of data and reconcile monthly payments made to the DB & DC accounts
• Be the first point of contact for the junior team members and provide them with support and training

• Overseeing Defined Contribution (DC) member data processes and related employer and member enquiries, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of process changes.

• Overseeing Defined Benefit (DB) member data processes and enquiries, working alongside the Senior Operations Assistant to support employers and members.

Essential Criteria:

• Strong understanding of both DB & DC pension schemes
• Ability to oversee juniors and support their development
• Good data entry and data maintenance experience

This role is hybrid to their London office and also offers a strong pension scheme.
