Senior Trustee Executive

Role & Responsibilities:

• Lead a portfolio of trustee clients, acting as the primary contact for trustee boards and stakeholders.
• Build strong relationships with trustees, sponsors and advisers.
• Chair and present at trustee meetings, providing strategic governance support.
• Oversee client service delivery, ensuring high standards and successful outcomes.
• Manage, mentor and develop team members.
• Take ownership of client profitability and commercial performance.
• Support business development through pitches, networking and industry events.
• Enhance the firm’s market profile and identify growth opportunities.

Essential Criteria:

• Significant experience within the pensions industry, trustee services or pension consulting.
• Strong knowledge of pension scheme governance and regulatory requirements.
• Experience working directly with trustees and pension scheme stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
