Our client is seeking a driven and detail-oriented SIPP Administrator to join their expanding team. The main part of the role will be to be responsible for managing complex aspects of SIPP (Self-Invested Personal Pension) administration including benefit calculations, payments, divorce cases, QROPS transfers, pension payroll, and more.

Key Responsibilities

  • Organise and oversee regular pension payroll cycles and all associated processes.
  • Manage day-to-day workload, respond to queries, and support escalated or complaint cases.
  • Monitor and reconcile daily process control and data quality reports.
  • Execute monthly PAYE submissions and payments to HMRC.
  • Respond to tax-related and operational payroll processing queries.
  • Maintain and enhance team procedures, process flows, and guides.
  • Deliver accurate, timely service aligned to team and company performance targets.
  • Investigate and resolve platform issues related to payroll and benefits processes.
  • Escalate risk-related issues appropriately to senior management.
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders to resolve operational challenges.
  • Manage complex or technical client cases to ensure optimal outcomes.
  • Collaborate on regulatory compliance and influence operational improvements.
  • Lead and support process automation or technology-driven initiatives.

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience in administration, ideally in a pensions, payroll or financial services environment.
  • Solid understanding of HMRC regulations related to pension transfers and benefit payments.
  • Familiarity with Real Time Information (RTI) and P60 annual regulatory processes.
  • Strong data reconciliation and analytical skills.
  • FA2 or CF1 qualification desirable.
